The machine gives ideal results of dyeing, whitening and washing of 1/6 – 1/8 bath range, 135°C work (usage) temperature and 3 bars pressure rope-like knitting fabrics between 110 gr/sqm and 700 gr/sqm weight, polyester, cotton-polyester, microfiber , crinkle polyester, weaved-towel-like products and all kinds of fabrics dyeable in pressure dyeing machines.It was produced with absorption line ø 250 mm. and straight ø 168 mm. enlarging the product pipe and straight cut providing easier fabrics moves. The water pump in the enlarged fabric pipe was specially designed for increasing water range. Because of this, stuck of the fabrics in product pipe were prevented. Moreover such dyeing errors as twisting were eliminated by lifting up main lute to prevent such dyeing errors as not absorbing the flotte liquids in its construction in the fabric dyeing process.In case if any pressure errors occures in Multidye dyeing machinery in order to prevent harmful actions to operator and surrounding various safety factors has been foreseen.

Two units of Discus type valves, that are placed on main part of the machine and on dosage line prevent vacuum. Spring type safety ventiles prevent overpressure. To prevent some special failure of spring type safety ventiles there is another one safety system Danfos mark, that keeps the pressure in machine under control by using pressostade.We manufacture 5,10,25, 50, 150, 300, 450, 600, 750,900,  1200 MULTIDYE DYEING MACHINE that are model names We manufacture 11 different capacity between 5 – 1200 kg. Each section of machine that is include between 300 and 1200 kg. are different from other by perfored sheet metal system. So, liquor ratio in dyeing machine has homojen structure in spite of fabric in each section of machine dyeing different. In machinery surfaces that have contact with bath water are covered with AISI 316 quality stainless steel, platforms that don’t have contact with bath water are covered with AISI 304 quality stainless steel.Since material dyeing machinery are harmly affected by acid and base substances during their work, the product is choosen very carefully and during production is being cleaned from any type of rust forming and corrosion causing substances by using of special chemical cleaners, and after that surface is hold under process of glass globe bombardment.
