Because the transverse fan placement used widespread in modern ram machineries in order to provide the homogenized drying of the fabric passing through both sides and middle part of the machine are causing construction problems, when used in drying machineries without stretcher, this system will not be applied. But thanks to the patented nozzle system newly developed by our company, we succeed in blowing the air within any of the nozzle from the left to the right or from the right to the left from a desired direction without the need to arrange the fans reciprocal any more. We are able to adjust very simple and rapidly 6 nozzles existing in each drying chamber being entirely independent from each other. Besides, we are able to adjust the air quantity going to the lower and upper nozzles in desired rate without stopping the machine.

Consequently, thanks to the feature, which doesn’t existing in any drying machine in the world, we are controlling the amount and direction of the air going to any point determined within the machine and have  very definitely eliminate the problems like irregular drying, blade difference and ejecting the fabric from the band or folding up on the band.
